Harare · Kwekwe · Zimbabwe

Software that holds up when the money is real.

We build payment systems, agentic AI and the infrastructure underneath them — for businesses in Zimbabwe and beyond. Engineered by people who have shipped for Visa and Flight Centre.

What we build

Four things, done properly.

We would rather be genuinely good at a few things than passable at everything. If a job falls outside these, we will say so and point you somewhere better.

Payments

Take money the way your customers already pay. InnBucks, EcoCash, card and QR — settled to your account, reconciled automatically, on a ledger that balances.

AI & agentic systems

Agents that do the work and check themselves before they act. We build the guardrails first — what the system may do alone, and what always waits for a person.

Cloud & infrastructure

AWS and Kubernetes, DNS and certificates, deployments that roll back cleanly. The unglamorous layer that decides whether everything above it stays up.

Applications

Web and mobile software built to be maintained, not just delivered. You get code your own team can read, with the decisions written down.

Agentic AI

Automation that checks itself before it acts.

Most automation fails the same way: it does exactly what it was told, including when what it was told is wrong. We build the checks first, so a bad instruction stops on our side instead of reaching your customers.

  • Agents that validate their own work against live conditions, not assumptions
  • A stated boundary: what runs unattended, and what always waits for a person
  • Every action logged, attributable and reversible
  • Monitoring that escalates to a human the moment something drifts

Work

Built, deployed and running.

Systems handling real transactions for real businesses, not concept demos.

Live

Retail point of sale

Till, stock and owner dashboard in one place — working offline when the network drops and syncing when it returns.

In pilot

Self-service kiosks

Unattended payment terminals for agent banking: cash in, cash out, reconciled against the ledger in real time.

Live

Fleet & transit

Routes, drivers, live GPS and seat tickets for bus operators, with passengers booking and paying from their phones.

How we work

Four stages, in this order.

The order matters. Most projects go wrong because building starts before scoping finishes.

1

Scope

Questions before code. We come back with what we would build, what it costs, and what we would leave out.

2

Build

Short cycles with something working at the end of each. You see progress running, not in a status report.

3

Prove

Tested against the ways it actually fails, not the happy path. If a check can pass while broken, it is not a check.

4

Run

Deployed, monitored and handed over with the reasoning documented, so the next engineer is not guessing.

Tell us what is not working.

Send a paragraph about the problem. We will come back with what we would build, roughly what it costs, and whether we are the right people for it — usually within two working days.
